Amec - Sigma 3/Baku/Onegas - Wallsend
Work was split between 3 different projects, Baku, Sigma3 and Onegas. For Baku, work involved the production of piping isometrics and test packs. Sigma 3 Upgrade project was to identify and replace any corroded pipework. The information was received in the form of a site survey. Onegas tasks was to produce and collate Survey Documentation
Bae Systems - Astute - Barrow in Furness
The Astute project was a highly technical advanced project to design and build a new Hunter Killer Submarine for the Royal Navy. Desigining and installing pipework in limited space was challenging and carried out using a 3D modelling tool.
McNulty Offshore - Haewene Brim - Newcastle
To produce Piping Isometrics from Site sketches on the Blue water Piece Water Injection project For the Haewene Brim FPSO. The project was completed in a very tight schedule to accomplish the clients 30 day window of oppurtunity to upgrade the FPSO
Sutton Group - Type45 - Newcastle Upon Tyne
Concentrating on the aft end of the new Type 45 Royal Navy Ships. A 3D modelling tool was used to integrate all plant items and pipework. The project also consisted of producing plant layouts, Isometrics and hotwork drawings.
Bae Systems - LPD - Barrow in Furness
Initially involved in the design of pipework systems, using a 3D Cad Package(CADDS5x)throughout HMS Bulwark and Albion. The second stage of the project was to assist in the manufacturing and installation of the pipework throughout the ship

To maintain and ensure the safe operation of the Nuclear Plant it was necessary to produce Continuous Operation Safety Reports, which covered improvements and procedures necessary to overhaul and modernise the processes involved at the Nuclear site.

Online Design fullfill maintenance contracts for Centrica and Centrica Storage. To ensure the safe shutdown of plant during maintenance periods, construction workpacks were completed. The workpacks contained all drawings and procedures and were used on site.
The CVF project is a multi-billion pound contract for the design and delivery of two New Aircraft Carriers for the Royal Navy. Specific tasks involved was the routing all pipework systyems and design pipe supports using a 3D Modelling Tool (Foran). It was necessary to design to all relevant standards and complete project on time.
Assisting and managing the conversion of an existing Pharmaceutical Plant to a Bio Diesel Production Plant. Duties included the undertaking of accurate site surveys and designing and overseeing the introduction of new process pipework to help improve production quality and levels. Sub-Contract staff were supervised while modification work was carried out.
